A mixture of sea salt and Besarabian spices - sweet and hot peppers, myrudia, dry garlic. Local analogue of the Bulgarian seasoning "Sharena Sol" or Georgian "Svan salt".

   How to use?

   I recommend keeping it as table salt and adding it to all meat, vegetable and even fish dishes.
