   An original development for the gourmands - caviar salt. The sea taste of Besarabia is salted, dried and crushed caviar of local fish:

   Danube and Dniester carp.

   How to use?

   It is ideal to use caviar salt as a finishing touch - to complement ready-to-serve meals. For example, by sprinkling it on top of cooked noodles, mashed potatoes or by mixing it with butter and serving with boiled new potatoes.In fact, adding caviar salt to potatoes allows you not to use herring - there is already enough of the fish taste.

   And in a mini-sandwich with butter on black borodino bread, soft-salted sprat can be easily replaced with caviar salt.Another great breakfast option is crispy baguette and cream cheese with caviar salt. And if you add a poached egg to all of this, you’ll get breakfast that’s worth a 5-star review. A vegetable or creamy dish will be enriched with a fish taste, and a fish dish will have its taste enhanced to the moon and back!
